Wyoming security deposit law

30 days to return the deposit; cap no statutory cap.

The deposit is due within 30 days of move-out, or within 15 days after receiving a forwarding address if later; if deductions for damage are made, up to 60 days. There is no statutory cap on the deposit amount.
